Fireproof!

Last night Nic and I along with my parents watched the movie Fireproof. We liked the main message of the movie. It reminded us alot of what we have gotten away from. Before Nic and i got married we promised eachother that out marriage would be build on a strong foundation of God. Over the last year we have gotten busy and that foundation hasn't been so strong...a bit wobbley...So we decided that we are going to make more of an effort to make our relationship with God better. Starting with last night. We are now reading 2-4 chapters from the Bible together everyday (no matter what the day brings) and praying together each day. Also we are going to buy the movie Fireproof and watch it yearly. We think it is a good idea to be reminded of what our marriage should be built on.

i can't wait for nice weather and being outside with these kids who are driving me NUTS inside all day....Only a few more days!!!


Side note...My nephew came home from the hospital on Saturday after a month in the NICU!!!!!
